The Story Behind Every Sip
We believe that the latitude at which coffee is grown is a crucial factor in determining its flavour and quality. That's why we name each of our coffees after its parallel line of latitude, such as 6.2 degrees for Wilder Lasso's Pink Bourbon, the first coffee we purchased. This is our way of acknowledging the relevance of latitude to coffee, and paying tribute to the importance of sourcing in the world of specialty coffee.
